Stuck/Plateau

It sounds like a lot of us are in the same boat. I am minus 94 pounds and holding, for over a month! I'm still doing my Unjury shake (I will NEVER stop it!) and getting my water in, but I admit that I'm snacking more than I should. So now I am joining Curves. I haven't been exercising at ALL, so I figure it has to help. Even though I hate to excercise, I have to admit that doing 30 seconds of each activity is very doable, even for me. I went 4 times last week, and hope to do 3 times a week. Any others in Curves? What are your experiences? ~~ Leslie RNY 12/17 238/144/138 Obviously NOT going to be at goal by my anniversary date! Leslie, Hang in there, you'll make it to the century club soon. I was on a plateau for almost 2 months. Since I broke through it a week and 1/2 ago I lost 5 pounds. I'm not sure that I did anything different, I think it was just time to let go of some more weight. I haven't done Curves, but I am a big proponent of exercise. I think it will make a great difference when it comes to maintaining the weight loss and it makes you feel so much better (both physically and mentally). You've done great!
