Stuck/Plateau
It sounds like a lot of us are in the same boat. I am minus 94 pounds and holding, for over a month! I'm still doing my Unjury shake (I will NEVER stop it!) and getting my water in, but I admit that I'm snacking more than I should. So now I am joining Curves. I haven't been exercising at ALL, so I figure it has to help. Even though I hate to excercise, I have to admit that doing 30 seconds of each activity is very doable, even for me. I went 4 times last week, and hope to do 3 times a week.
Any others in Curves? What are your experiences?

Leslie,
Hang in there, you'll make it to the century club soon. I was on a plateau for almost 2 months. Since I broke through it a week and 1/2 ago I lost 5 pounds. I'm not sure that I did anything different, I think it was just time to let go of some more weight.
I haven't done Curves, but I am a big proponent of exercise. I think it will make a great difference when it comes to maintaining the weight loss and it makes you feel so much better (both physically and mentally).
You've done great! Keep up the good work and the exercise
Hugs,
Mary
