Hello December Crew

Hi Gang !!! I am back online. My computer broke over a week ago. I have been going crazy not being able to get online. The modem broke and hubby replaced it and it still wouldn't work. We ended up buying a new computer last night. I missed everyone. I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. I was so bad. I gained three pounds. I ate so many carbs. As of this morning my weight is back on track. whew!!! Diana 379/194/?

Diana, Good to see ya back... I cooked thanksgiving here and some of my kids came in from out of town. It was awsome!! We had about 35 people and I WAS bad but didn't gain. I ate a lot of pie.... the rest of the details were kinda blurry..... I think I was in a sugar fog I started drinking my isopure again, I had stopped for a while.. I HAD ROUGH THANKSGIVING MYSELF! GAINED A FEW POUNDS. IT IS GOOD TO KNOW THAT WE ARE NOT ALONE IN OUR STRUGGLES.I AM DETERMINED TO GET BACK ON TRACK!
