Good report on blood work
My wonderful Dr. Koren emailed me and gave me the good news.
B12 is excellent, Iron is good, B1 and A not back yet but I'm assuming they will be fine also.
Guess my only problem was not eating right and that's causing me to get light headed. My blood sugar drops when I don't eat and get so cold and run down feeling. I think it also can mess with your state of mind.
I have been forcing myself to eat. Some mornings it's a piece of toast with peanut butter or small cup of cottage cheese. I bought some of those cup of soups and carry one with me to work every day if I don't feel like eating a heavy lunch. I even bought those Atkins protein drinks and will have one of them for breakfast. I only have maybe one, two a week if that of the protein drinks.

Donna,
Great news on the blood work! It is so important to keep on top of our levels. I'm due to go for my follow-up in December; but due to work demands I will probably wait until January.
Doesn't it seem amazing that you have to force yourself to eat? As ironic as it seems, it is true that we need to eat to maintain our well being. Have you tried doing 4-5 smaller meals to try and keep your blood sugar level?
Hugs,
Mary
