Ummm Tastes sooooooooo Good!
I know I know, blah blah about the water and protein, but I really see the difference in my weight loss. I kind of got out of having the protein shake for dinner and my weight loss slowed down DRAMATICALLY. I started that back up again and made the conscieous effort to drink drink drink tha****er and boom the scales started going down again. I am 110 down and have 30 more to my ultimate goal! I also noticed that changing up my workout routine at the gym kicked the scale into gear as well. if you are onto a regular routine, try mixing it up (change the cardio, take some classes, do free weights instead of machines). Hope that helps! Hang in there ladies, we signed on for the long haul, it's going to take some more time..... at least that's what I tell myself!
