My late monthly update!

Hello fellow Decemberians- It's lil' ole me. I mean that literally! Just popping in with my late monthly update. I am 11 months out and down 163 pounds! This is HUGE for a couple of reasons: 1- I am 3 pounds below my personal goal of 200 pounds for a total weight of 197 pounds. 2- I am weighing in the 100s for the first time since I can remember! I have updated my profile and picture trial for your pleasure. I will give a detailed update next month, because it will be my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Hello L, congratulations I have followed your journey and you have done extremely well. I can't believe a year has passed us by. Last year this time I was preparing myself for this surgery. I haven't documented my journey online like I should have, but I keep a personal journal and I am amazed at how my body has went through these different stages. I have surpassed my personal goal and I am wondering where my body may end up. I see that you have reached and passed your personal goal, I guess when our bodies will know when to stop. I just read your profile. You look amazing! Great job!! It is hard to believe that it has almost been a year! It has been a great year though!! What a great Christmas gift we gave ourselves!
