Happy Thanksgiving.... to all my wonderful American OH friends

What a year it has been. When I celebrated our Canadian Thanksgiving, this past October, I was able to list a guzillion things that I had to be thankful for. WLS has made such a profound difference in my overall health. I can't really express how truly thankful I am. It was the opportunity of a lifetime, to actually enjoy my lifetime. A major WOW. Today, when you try to think of all those things that you are thankful for, don't forget your own conviction of spirit that has enabled you to triumph through this weight loss surgery journey.
