Lunch with Donna!
Hi everyone!
Well, as you can see from Donna's post, we finally met face-to-face. Had lunch at Applebees today.
She's right. There's nothing quite like getting together with someone *****ally understands what this is all about. Not only do we have our surgeon ini common, but we also work with assited living folks. (I, at Kirkland Village in Bethlehem, PA) Also, neither of us has any butt -- you know, that flat ass thing! We're both challenged by finding a bra that can support these things that we call post-surgery boobs.
Our hospital, does have a monthly support group, but neither of us found it convenient -- location and time for me. It was more of an educational group than a support group. Anyhow, Donna and I are supporting each other.
We're thinking we might organize a picnic for the southeastern region of PA for next summer. I guess I'll have to start checking out the PA forum

OHHHH, NO everyone knows about my flabby boobs now and they'll be calling me NA, short for NO ASS Donna
I had a very small dinner with my husband as we had to drop one of the vehicles off tonight and I talked about our wonderful lunch today. I told him about talking to Dr. Koren about maybe getting a support group going on nutrition or getting a nutrition in his office for us when we need it. Then about maybe meeting once a month for breakfast, brunch or lunch and he said go for it
