How many of you still have bad dried out hair?? Mine looks like scarecrow hair and it's finally starting to grow out in the front but very slowly I'm thinking of shaving it all off and starting over. What you all think? With my luck I would shave it and NOTHING would grow back I also deal with dry skin every year but this year it's even more dry. Donna

My hair is not too bad - I try not to wash is too much and to be kind to it. My skin gets dry - I go through a lot of lotion and now that winter is coming - we must be more diligent to fight the alligator skin....I started very early (like at 3 months out) taking care of my face and throat - my skin is dry but I don't look all dried out...my hair is growing back - little whisps of hair all over...but it is slow

Some help for your skin. ...Be sure to increase your water intake as the months get colder and our furnaces come on up here in the north! Also, Dame Tooter says that flaxseed really has helped keep her skin from getting dry. I've always had extremely dry skin, but mine is no dryer than usual. That's my two cents. Mary

One more thing ...about hair. Mine has grown back in and I'm happy with it for the most part. Right now, I'm letting it grow. I've always worn it really short, but I thought since I had a new body, I'd get new hair, too! Presently, my hair looks better than it did when this picture was taken in early August. Mary
