Hi, Donna! I'm going this coming Monday to see our great Dr. Koren! I'll be giving him a big hug, too! I've plateaued for 2 months, hovering between 172 and 175. I've started a weight training and toning program at work, plus I've increased my walking. Hope that gets things going. I'm finding that I'm really hungry from 4 PM on and often I'll end up eating two dinners -- one at 5:30 and another at about 9:00. That 9 o'clock snack often is the size of a meal. Yes, Dr. Koren rocks. I love him, too, but he's way too young for me, and I've got my Sweet William. Yes, I know you have your little fortune cookie!! I met his wife at the picnic. We have a wonderful Chinese (Born and raised in Singapore.) daughter-in-law. She's the BEST! I ate a little crazy today. I'm soooooo hungry. Mary

What time on Monday are you going to see Dr. Koren? If it's early enough I might be able to meet you at Dr. Koren's and we can go and have a cup of coffee at McDonalds. That's if you want to meet I would love to hug and meet you as we have kept in touch by email. Hugs Donna 338/166
