What's on the menu today?

Ok... what are you eating today?? lol Me.... Breakfast - Protein hot chocolate drink Lunch - Celery stalk with crunchy peanut butter, half of a small, fresh off the tree pear. Dinner - (cooking in the crockpot now) Roast, potatoes and veggies. Will probably eat about 2 ounces of roast and a few bites of veggies/potatoes. Snack - 100 calorie smart pop popcorn while I watch Biggest Looser tonight. 80 ounces water - Already drank it 20 ounces diet coke - already drank it Tonight I will end up drinking more water and probably another diet coke. (BAD ME! lol) Have taken - 2 multivitamins, 2 irons, 2 Vit.Cs, 2 B12 500s so far... Later I will take my Calcium Citrate Kathy Lap RNY 12/16/04 242/130/120

I had a couple of mouthfuls of chicken stew I made for dinner last night for breakfast this morning. I know it sounds strange for breakfast but I'm forcing myself to start eating better as I have not been eating ANY breakfast and then hardly anything for lunch so I think that's why I have been feeling like Sh%$ lately. I'll be having lunch with my girlfriend today as she is going with me to see my wonderful surgeon, Dr. Koren. Last time I saw him I was only like 3 months out from surgery and have not been back to him. I know, SHAME ON YOU DONNA!! I don't really plan my meals all that much as I eat very little. Yesterday, I ate: 8 oz protein drink 12 oz coffee 1 toasted bagel with swiss cheese (no butter/marg) 1 apple 1 beef vegetable cup a soup 1 detour protein bar 8 oz tossed salad with shredded cheddar and 2 oz shredded ground beef 80 oz water 1 diet pop Karen G

Kathy Where do you buy the protein hot chocolate drink? Today I had: breakfast: low-carb yogart with sunflower seeds snack: I tried an enjoyhealth protein nectar lemon tea with 23g protein (I bought a one-scoop sample of different types of these fruit-flavored protein drinks) Has anyone else had these drinks? The tea was ok, but not a favorite. lunch: I had a bowl of vegetable soup which I added northern beans and left over baked chicken. snack: probably some nuts (I am eating too much of these lately!) dinner: I am eating out with a friend tonight, so I hope I choose wisely!
