I can eat anything too (except protein drinks) but the problem is I can eat only a bite or two. I wish often that I would get sick or dump with sweets because I'm scared of putting weight back on after awhile. Don't feel like a failure....can you hear yourself saying that losing 65 pounds is a failure? Think about you saying that at the weight you were before surgery!!! Going slow is probably a whole lot healthier! Take Care!!

Can't you eat small meals through out the day? I do that sometimes. I don't sit down and eat large meals but if I get hungry I'll have a piece of cheese and my pouch is happy I don't know if I'm losing to much but I am going to my surgeon this coming Tuesday, 11/2 because I'm tired, run down and have been getting dizzy and at times down right rum dummy feeling, like my brain don't want to functon properly. I know it's a lack of water. I'm dehydrated but I can't get in enough water at work so I'm going to have Dr. Koren write me a note. Donna 338/167

I do eat small meals...or rather I graze all day. You sound like you feel as I do. Perhaps a lack of water is one of my problems. But I have found if I drink...I can't eat and vice versa. You are at 167? That is grand! What a difference it makes on your life. I'm told I look 20 years younger. Do you hear that too?

It could be your a little dehydrated. I also noticed that when I don't eat much I get tired and light headed. I bounce between 167 and 168. I hear I look younger and everyone tells me how wonderful I look all the time. Makes you feel good inside when you hear that from people Donna 338/167

Sorry I don't have that problem. I wish I could help. It seems that I can eat ALOT more than you. Um.... How many cm of intestines were bypassed? DO you know? I know if your dr. bypassed 150cm or more that it was considered distal and you lose more weight quicker if I understand it right but usually people with higher bmi's get distal rny surgery. You look fantastic. Do you feel good ? Are you still losing weight every month. I agree w/ the others, You should see your nutritionist and possibly surgeon. You can only eat one egg? WOW that isn't very much. Kelly

Yes, your right about losing more if your surgeon gives you a distal. My surgeon by passed 175 as I was so large and that's probably why i dropped so much weight so quickly. Donna 38/167

Now that you mention it...I never asked how much was by-passed. What a good question! I'll look into that. Except for energy lags...I am feeling good. I enjoy being a size 6 but don't wish to see a 4. I haven't lost anything all week and have been forcing in more food than I want. I don't like to do that nor do I like that "full" feeling.
