The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly
Well the ugly is definately the skin hanging off my thighs... YUCK.
Ok I'm going to whine a little bit so if you don't want to read it you can skip to the next paragraph... it's ok I understand hehe. I am really over extended right now. I have 3 jobs and an internship and 10 credit hours at school. I'm supposed to graduate this semester... woo hoo go me. Well I've been working about 45 hours a week. Which is nice finanacially because I've finally be able to save some and to pay my bills on time. However, I'm always either working on homework or just plain working... not a lot of free time. I keep telling myself that after I graduate in December it will be all better. I haven't been exercising like I should because I really don't have time. I'm making a 10 month anniversary resolution to start exercising around 7 am every morning. I'll have to get up a little earlier on the days I don't work nights (I work 11pm to 7am every other morning) and I'll have to stay up a little later on the nights that I do work (funny how staying up after 7am seems like staying up late). It will be fine though... I can't kill myself trying to get ahead in life right?
Ok so now for the good! The scale today said good ole 183.5 WOO HOO this is a scale loving day. Hopefully with the exercise in the morning next week (at the gym and not just the walks to class) and the continued eating well (despite the birthday cake this weekend) I will reach my goal of 165 by New Years!
How are you all doing with your eating and exercising?

Really you are so blessed to be able to work and go to school!! And Dec is just around the corner!! You will make it. You are tried and woren out.
Hang in there and it will soon be done!!! I think doing all that you are doing would be EXTREMELY hard carry all the extra weight you were carring last Dec!! You have come a long way Baby!!! You will make it!!
Ok you can do this!!! Make a plan Do simple exercises sit-ups, stretching try to get in some extra protein. And don't forget your vitamins!

My thighs are UGLY too!!!
It is hard to change one's lifestyle while working a lot isn't it?! It looks like you are doing great though! You are exercising a whole lot more than I. I just can't find the time around my work and kids. I think I wouldn't look so saggy if I could get to a gym regularly. (I'm with you on the "thigh" thing)
