Help!! OMG I gained!

Ok, so this weekend, I went back to the area that I am from (near Macomb) and worked in my aunt's restaurant because they needed the help. I think I ate pretty sensibly... so I come back and get on the scale and instead of the usual 183i**** said... 189!! OH MY GOSH!!! I am so freaking out... why would I gain..?!?! This is my menu plan for today Breakfast 2 boiled eggs Snack 6 ounces Lite Yogurt Lunch 3/4 cup Salad 2 0unces Bonless SKinless Chicken Breast Snack 2 Ounces Chicken Breast 1/2 cup Green Beans Snack 1 cup Pretzels Snack 1 Cup Apple Sauce It has Calories: 849 Protein: 69 Fat: 23 Carb: 88 Where did I go wrong? I am so upset... well another thing I haven't had my period since August... do you think that could have anything to do with it?!

That's only 6 pounds. It could be not enough water in take for the weekend or maybe what you ate had a lot of salt so your body retains the salt. Your doing the right thing by getting back on track. I can bounce from 172 up to 174. Good luck Donna

So I got out the old fashioned scale (I use my digital usually) and it says good ole 183... but i'm not sure if it's just being kind or what... tonight I'm going to weigh at the doctors office style scale at work! Thanks for your support though... I was so upset about it!

I question those digital scales at times as mine will tell me 174 and then I jump back on and it tells me 172 but I go with the 172 I'm happy to report I'm down to 171 as of today. Donna 338/171

Hi!!!! You know... these stupid scales don't know what the hell to say next. Maybe their afraid that we'll beat the crap outta them if they give us a wrong number lol. Sometimes are bodies retain water. With my body I weigh myself first thing in the morning after i've used the washroom. I noticed that at night i always add like four pounds dunno why. of course not everyday but still i notice that at night i tend to be heavier than in the morning. Your meal plan looks great. Take Care Gracie Oh not to be nosey, but um... SHould we be concerned that you HAVEN'T had a menstrual since August???

I think you plan is great!! Fluid retention will always be a EVIL thing!! Your weight is most likely fine. But I'm thinking like Gracie here....... Should you/us be concerned that you have not had a period since AUGUST!!! This is a good way to get gossip started! Keep us posted!! Blessings Tonya

well I am definately NOT pregnant... lol I've always been a little off sometimes I go 5 or 6 months without it....
