Help!! OMG I gained!
Ok, so this weekend, I went back to the area that I am from (near Macomb) and worked in my aunt's restaurant because they needed the help. I think I ate pretty sensibly... so I come back and get on the scale and instead of the usual 183i**** said... 189!! OH MY GOSH!!! I am so freaking out... why would I gain..?!?!
This is my menu plan for today

You know... these stupid scales don't know what the hell to say next. Maybe their afraid that we'll beat the crap outta them if they give us a wrong number lol. Sometimes are bodies retain water. With my body I weigh myself first thing in the morning after i've used the washroom. I noticed that at night i always add like four pounds dunno why. of course not everyday but still i notice that at night i tend to be heavier than in the morning.
