10 months and still struggling below that Century mark...
I really don't have any hidden secrets. I eat what I want but a lot of times I don't eat enough and get enough water in and that might be why I'm stuck right now.
In fact my husband was breathing down my neck last night about only eating a can of beats for lunch. I always eat very light at my job but I have a job where I'm on my feet non stop from 6am until I leave at 2pm. My husband is right about the eating because I have been feeling tired and run down lately.

Sometimes going back to basics can work. Try a day of clear liquids...another day of full liquids. Maybe a day or two of soft foods. i do this when i'm in a slump and it seems to work. Its like kickin it back into gear. Also try uppin' your calorie intake and change your exercise routine. Sometimes if we fall into a "Routine" it stays that way... and if you change different routines you'll see some difference.
Hope this helps you!

Nurse Gracie that is exactly what I did last month and will probably do it again - I was hovering (for over 2 months) at the 172-175 weight - one day I would be 172 then the next I would clock in at 175...I did all liquid protein one day - then started back on track and bam off came 6 pounds - I now hover between 164 and 167 - but I've been eating more than I normally do the last few weeks so I must get back on track...I am looking for goal at 150 - I am in to size 8 stretch jeans and 12s are getting too loose on top so I figure another 15 pounds and I'll be a solid 8 or 10 and happy...but it is reallllllyyyyy slowing down.
Karen,
I was reading my journal and noticed that have been losing weight a lot slower than most people on this board.. so you're not alone. I started at 334 today I am 240, so I am six pounds away from that Century mark.
I'm losing about 5 pounds amonth. I exercise 3-4 times a week... drink about 40 oz of water and eat sparingly. I take my vitamins and get in my protein drinks but I guess I need to pump up the exercise and drink MORE water. I'm worried that I might not be able to lose the rest of the weight.
Truth is, it just takes hard work and patience.
hang in there girl, I'm hanging in there with you.
