Feel like a failure!!
Hey, just thought I'd let you all know that I have been having those failure feelings the last week and had reverted to the grazing around for food. Nothing sounded or tasted good. I'm bakc on track but now I have that really fat feeling again. Doing great with the water and the protein. Need to broaden my horizons on my menus to bring in more variety. Now that it is cold outside I'm making turkey chili and homemade soup without the noodles. I also have a recipe for tortilla soup. I won't eat the tortillas. Any new food ideas out there?
