Where's Waldo?
Ok, there are no Waldo's here, right? But where is EVERY ONE.
Including me, right!
I'm here, and hope we can all check in.
WHERE IS MY DECEMBER CREW...???
We have 3 more months till our 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY, and I want to know if we can do a count down, until our 1 year anniversary.
Please sign in as much as you can, so we can keep a CLOSE TAB on each other, during our last 3 months! It would help ME, I know, and I hope it will help everyone else.
Ok, ok... I know some of you have been here ALL ALONG, but some of us have been MIA, and need a bit of encouragement. (ME)... so please, check in, and if you know of a few WALDO'S, e-mail them, and encourage them to return, for our 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY COUNTDOWN!
Love and miss you all, and tell me, where did my 9 pound weight gain come from?
Vera, Crew Encourager!
Hi Vera,
It's hard to believe that in three months it will be a year. Where does the time fly.
Do I regret this last 9 months? Never. I have gained back my self esteem and it's brought my husband and I closer together in all areas of our lifes Life is wonderful for me.
Do I have fears of the future? HELL YES, I would be lying out my teeth if I said I did not have the fear of gaining back my weight. I think we all have that fear.
I'm trying to push myself out of the house and walk as much as I can. I have a job that keeps me active and moving all day. I'm worried about when winter hits but I have a gym in my house so I'll be using that when the time comes.

Hi everyone!
I've been thinking the same thing today!! We are all slipping somewhat I guess. I
Have been eating things I know that I shouldn't and do it anyway. We have worked so had and put our lives in danger to be able to have the surgery. Hell, I worked for a year getting approval, and STILL I"m doing stupid things. I think it definatly has something to do with out chubby little brains. No one told them how hot we all look, just that that darn food looks and tastes so good!!! Any one have any good Ideas. I know we all could use some.

Anymore I eat off my husbands plate when we go out to eat as it's a waste of money and food. I sometimes order an appetizer and we share that also.
I'm scared of getting sick if I eat to much so I eat very little and keep that stored in the back of my head that I might throw up and I don't want to do that in public, it's called mind games.
I have noticed that I'm starting to dump when I eat some sweets so that's helping me stay clear of sweets. Again I use the "mind game" to tell myself if I eat that sugar I'll dump and be in the toilet with cramps

I BELIEVE ONE OF YOUR MISSING WALDO'S JUST SIGNED IN. I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY BUSY FOR MONTHS BETWEEN WORK, HOUSEWORK, YARDWORK AND WHAT ELSE I COULD GET MY HANDS INTO. FEELING A HUNDRED PERCENT BETTER THEN BEFORE SURGERY AND THATS ENOUGH TO KEEP ME FROM REVERSING TO THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. I DON'T EVER WANT TO FEEL LIKE I'M DYING AGAIN. THE WEIGHT LOSS HAS SLOWED DOWN WHICH CONCERNS ME, SO ANY SUGGESTIONS FROM ANYONE IS WELCOM. I'M FIVE FOOT TALL, 181 DOWN FROM 272 LBS BEFORE SURGERY. I CAN'T REALLY THE DIFFERENCE SINCE THEN. GOT A NEW CAR AND CAN ACTUALLY FIT COMFORTABLY IN IT AND IT'S ONE OF THOSE BOX SCIONS. I LOVE IT. IT WAS KIND OF A REWARD FOR ME. I HOPE EVERYONE ELSE FEELS TERRIFIC ALSO.
I know some days are harder than others for me also. I usually behave myself but the last few days I have been craving choc. chip cookies. Just one kills the craving, but even that one scares me. I keep thinking if I eat the one, what will stop me from eating one more and one more after that.
Between work and school I have been quite busy. I will try to be much better especailly as we are getting closer to one year.
Keep up the good work all!
Hi Vera,
Another Waldo here... My 1 yr anniversary is now only 2 months away since my sugery was on December 1st. I have been a bit MIA from this board as well. I do read regularly, but haven't posted much as of late.
I am down 105 lbs since surgery, and 115 lbs total. So I am thrilled about this. My weight loss has also krept down to a snails pace. I knew it would happen, but it is aggravating. I am so close to my goal, but yet it seems so far away.
I'm just keeping on keeping on....
Now if I can just quit getting hurt, I would be happy.... had to get 4 stitches in my hand today.... makes me wonder whats next....
Just call me Grace....
Hugs,
Susan

Hi Vera,
I am so much more active since my weight loss that I am loving life, finally! Time as truly flown and I can't believe we are closing in on our 1 year anniversary re-birth. I can't believe the progress I have done in almost 10 months. I have went from a size 22/24 to a size 10 or even a size 8 (depending on the cut of the clothes). I have so much more confidence and I feel amazing.
I want to congratulate everyone on this board who have accomplished or getting near their goals.
Don't worry about the 9 lb gain, it is probably that time of the month (I get like that too).
Keep up the good work!!!

Hey there !!!! Howdy !!!
Just checkin' in. I am a slow loser. Still haven't reached that Century Club. ((( SIGH))) I am at -93 pounds and stalling. My goal for my one year was to be past the Century mark. Only two more months. Yikes.
I am hovering just above the 200 pound mark and can't seem to break through to Onederland. It is disheartening. I am watching my routine very carefully, but no luck.
Wishing to break through to Onederland soon,
