Dancing Last Night!!!

I Went dancing last nite.I danced all nite long drank a few to many beer's too.I woke up this morning and was down another 2 1/2 pounds I'm going dancing more often!!! They were calling me John Trovolta LIFE IS GOOD!!!! Taco 459/266.5/220

Hello Jeff, I'm so glad you had a great time. My hubby and I have been going country dancing the last four months on Saturday nights. We love to people watch and dance. I've been to chicken to drink. WHOOHOO!! Beer and dancing...sounds like my kinda night...My hub and I have been enjoying our weekly Friday night dance session. Its amazing how much fun we both have now. YES you do need to do it more often.

Whooo Hooo I want to go dancing. Went to a formal event about a month ago and could not get anyone to dance.... Men were all scared. Even my escort would not dance.

OMG - you go, you Dance Machine!!! I LOVE going dancing! Even at 324 lbs., I was a Dancing Queen! Now that I am smaller, I sometimes catch a glipse of myself in the mirror on the dance floor and I cannot believe that's my smaller body! I am so glad you did that! Isn't life great?? Keep enjoying life, Mr. Travolta!
