We finally made it !!!

Hello Everyone, Thanks so much for thoughts and prayers. We finally made it to my friends house. It took up 26 hours to make a 5 hour trip. It was one of the hardest things I have ever been through. Traffic was either stopped or at a crawl. We saw so many people with broken down cars. We didn't run the air because we didn't want the car to over heat. I have never sweat that much in all my life. I had to pee in the middle of the freeway because I had no choice. I didn't want to get dehydrated so I had to drink my water. Now I am so worried about my home and family that didn't leave. I got a call from my mom this morning that my uncle died this morning. He got sick and was rushed to the hospital and didn't make it. I am so far away from her and want to be with her and my dad. Things were hard enough with the hurricane coming and now this. Please continue to keep my family in your prayers. Ya'll are so wonderful. ((((((hugs))))))) Diana

Diana, I'm so happy you finally made it safe and sound but I'm sorry about the lose of your Uncle and not being able to be at your mothers side in her lose of her brother. Your in my prayers and thoughts sweetheart. hugs Donna
