Fran has joined the Century Club

Hi everyone. I just have to say that I stepped on the scale this morning and I finally made it! I am at 100 pounds of loss. I started last December 20 at 224 pounds and 9 months later I am at 124. I am so happy and I feel great. I want to thank all of you for being there and giving me such support and hope. You are the most inspiring people and I feel so truly blessed to have all of you "angels" in my life.

I must give credit to the people who run this site because it truly got me through this journey. I cannot tell you how wonderful my surgeon, Dr. Gritsus and his P.A., Dean Mellas are. Their staff, Linda, Kathy and the nutritionist, Suzanna are also very special people. I am stopping around this point of loss because I am feeling healthy, happy and just plain giddy. I will post new pictures soon. Thank you all again and I promise I will be here posting and staying involved so that I will be able to maintain my loss and my special friendships that have given me so much more than you can imagine!
