COMMING UP ON THE DOUBLE CENTURY MARK!!!

Hi Ron, I know I haven't been around for a while, but I am always thinking about you and all of our great December crew. I am so happy for you and your AWESOME loss. I have good news today too. I weighed in this morning and I am at 124 which is 100 pounds of loss for me. I am at goal and a size 3/4 so I am very happy here. Please say a prayer for my dear friend, Carolyn who had gastric bypass surgery yesterday and is just starting her journey. She is going to need us!
