Wow - I just can't believe that my weight now starts with a one. Ok - it barely starts with a one and normally I wouldn't recognize a 1/4 pound loss, but this one is so significant that I am counting it.

My weight is now 199.75 pounds, for a total loss of 102.25 pounds. I am completely blown away by my progess. It doesn't even seem real.

Congrats Mary!!! Every 1/4 lb counts... atleast to me it does. Once my scale gives me a number, it's mine... Even if I do the gain 3-4 lbs, and lose 3-4 lbs over and over again when I am plateauing, once I hit it, it's mine to claim. Heck, as many times as I have done the lose and gain thing over and over again, I have probably lost another 100 lbs. Enjoy ONE-derland... IT's a fantastic place to be!
