Exercise Challenge W/E 8/27
I'm a little late getting this posted this week. Here is the link to the spreadsheet that tracks goals and results (http://www.villagex.com/wls/goals.xls). The primary focus is on exercise here but if anyone want to set weight loss goals, eating goals, etc I will be glad to capture those as well.
I found this helped keep me focused last week. The planning and accountablity are good for me. It is too easy to allow excuses to get in the way of exercise.
If you want to participate you can either email me at [email protected] (just put Exercise Challenge in the subject) or just post it here and I'll add the info. Whichever you want! Tell me your goals for the week, which can be fitness, weight or food related and at the end of the next week tell me what you did towards accomplishing those goals and what your're working on for the next week. Also feel free to add any other suggestions for this challenge.
