I Fit!!! :dance:

Several years ago I went to Kings Island (an amusement park) I loved riding roller coasters,however this particular year after waiting in line over an hour,I got in the seat,only to find the safety bar would not properly fit down over me.The ride attendant said I'm sorry,but you'll have to get out.I was so embarassed! All of these people standing in line watching as they waited for me to get out,and let the next "skinny" person in. My WOW moment was last week when I went back to Kings Island.I went straight to that ride,waited in line, and couldn't wait to see if I would fit,and guess what? I fit perfectly!!! It made it all worthwhile!!! We should never take for granted the new life we've been give!! We are all so blessed! Take care everyone!! Love,Melinda

Hello Melinda, Way to go, that is great. Something similar happened to my DH and I. We were at Astroworld and they made everyone else get off the ride we were on because we were so heavy. We were on a ride where 5 people sit in a ride that shoots up and falls straight down. I was so embarrased. That is one of my goals. I want to lose a little more weight. I'm in a 20 and maybe when I'm in a 16. Diana -157

First of all - YAYAYAYYA for you Melinda!!! I know that had to be a major victory!!! Second of all - I LOVE and MISS Kings Island! I haven't been there in almost 10 years! I am originally from Indiana (Jeffersonville right across the Ohio River from Louisville, KY) and I use to Kings Island every single year! I've been here in Houston since March 2001, but I sure do miss Indiana and summer visits to Kings Island. I've been thinking about it a lot lately too. Isn't that funny?
