Any new dumpers out there?
What I mean is, I didn't use to dump on anything. I was able to eat sugar, fat, anything and it had no effect on my stomach. Suddenly, at around 6 months, everything I swallowed made me light headed and my heart race. Is it possible to start dumping this late in the game? Has anyone else had anything similar happen to them? Even small traces of sugar make me want to vomit now when before I could eat ice cream with no problems!
BTW, congrats to all you and your amazing success. I haven't been around here for awhile, but I am very impressed with everyones progress. Way to go December crew!!!!

Things that make me dump are: too much sugar, beef or chicken and sugar free gummy bears!
I found I can eat small amounts or sugar without getting ill. But I'm having trouble eating meat.. like chicken or beef. I can't digest most meats well at all. Chicken just WONT stay down. AGH. I hope this changes soon... I get most of my protein by drinking my shakes.
Last night I ate something I don't think I'll EVER eat again. I bought a bag of sugar free Gummy bears. They should re-name the product "colon cleanser" .
After spending quite a bit of time.....let's just say, I wasn'****ching T.V. Finally, I read the ingredients. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary there.. but the next sentence spoke volumes. "Excess consumption may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals" Who knew 1/2 a package would be considered excess consumption!
Word of caution:
Remember to read the labels carefully. If you buy and eat any sugar free Gummy bears, just plan to stay at home.
