OT: Need prayers (cancer)

Hi to all of you! I had surgery x 2 and am doing very well. My question about prayers is for my husband. He is 46 and is undergoing chemo and radiation. We found out a month ago that he has stage 3 rectal cancer. Will you all say a prayer for Bill? I know this is for WLS but the power of prayer is so grand. If you want to join in on his prayer shower, we are collecting CARDS or notes of well wishes, just email me and I can tell you where to send the note. We are going to "shower" him with cards in Sept. Nicole I am so sorry to hear about your husband. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Your right about the power of prayer. It got me through a life threating illness and I am completely healed. I will have my family and friends pray also. God bless you & your hubby Angy

Dear Heavely Father I lift up Nicole and her husband Bill. Father I ask you to touch them both. Nicole needs strength dealing with all of the responsibility that comes with caring for an ill spouse. Bill, Lord needs your healing touch. Father reach down and touch him a special way. He needs to know- that special touch is from you. Lord grant us your forgivness and grace. Your word tells us that by your strips we are healed. Lord I claim these words for Bill. Guide this family and keep them close to your heart during this time of trial. Nicole - I'm very sorry, I know that our God is a healing God and just as Tonya prayed, by his stripes we ARE healed. I also send my prayers, and will put you on my prayer list for continued prayers. Hi Nichole and Bill, I just said a prayer for you both . I will remember you both in my nightly prayers. Please keep us posted because I care about you both. Mary Salmon
