Exercise Challenge
I am starting an Exerise Challenge for anyone who is interested. I thought public accountability would help keep me on track! Here is a link to a spreadsheet I will use to track everyone's goals and results (http://www.villagex.com/wls/goals.xls). I am planning to focus on exercise here but if anyone want to set weight loss goals, eating goals, etc I will be glad to capture those as well.
This is a great time to work on reinforcing those goods habits we have established or to establish some good ones before the craziness of the holiday season arrives.
If you want to participate you can either email me at [email protected] (just put Exercise Challenge in the subject) or just post it here and I'll add the info. Whichever you want! Tell me your goals for the week, which can be fitness, weight or food related and at the end of the next week tell me what you did towards accomplishing those goals and what your're working on for the next week. Also feel free to add any other suggestions for this challenge.

I am all up with this!
I have had no exercise in my routine since May when I had hernia surgery. My exercise will be minimal still as I can not do anything strenuous for a while but I am definatly looking forward to starting. I am looking forward to doing 3 days a week to start. I can also eat sugar and have no dumping. I want to stay away from sugar. no sugar and 3 days a week exercise is my goal!
I started at 305 and want to be down to 180 by Halloween. I feel like I can really do it but it will take work!
