80 pounds is great Stop beating yourself up over that. Like they say everyones bodies are different and a lot of factors play into how fast we lose. Hugs Donna 338/190 -148

Evon, Hang in there, we all lose at different rates...I know I got stuck at 80 pounds for almost a month I just hated it . Just hang in there. Sometimes our bodies have to figure out whats going on , ya know!?! It will pick up again. Julie 550 pre-surgery 459 surgery wt. 353 current wt.

Evon, You are doing great - 80 pounds in a lot of weight. When were you able to lose 80 pounds in the past? Keep up the good work. Mary 302/202/1??

Yup. ME !!! I have been stuck at 86 pounds lost for nearly one month. Yikes. I have tried changing my exercise routines. Adding more resistance and reducing the cardio. I just (started Saturday) went back on a once-a-day protein drink, to start my mornings. I am so hoping to get the scale moving again, real soon. Sometimes, I worry if I will ever make the century mark. I know how you feel. Don't give up. I'm not giving up. Try changing your routine, just slightly, to jump start your loss. Good luck, Congrats. I'm over 8 months out and I just hit 58 lbs lost since surgery. If you count my pre-op weight, I've lost 95 lbs in 13-1/2 months. I get frustrated sometimes about losing slowly, but I am losing. My clothes last longer since I don't lose as fast. I have time to get reacquainted with me, since the pounds coming off now have been around for 25+ years. Over the last few months, I've been losing at 2 and 3 lbs per month. I follow the rules. I exercise. I drink my water. But, my body was resisting mightily, trying to maintain its status-quo. Then, last week, I lost 6 lbs. I've not lost that much in one week since the first few weeks after surgery. I wish I could identify what I did to make this happen last week, but I didn't do anything new and exciting. The important thing is to keep working hard and not give up hope. Keep working at it and your 80 lbs will grow. hope this helps, Sue O.

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT, I KNOW THAT I WILL EVENTUALLY GET TO MY GOAL WEIGHT, BUT SOME DAYS IT HARD TO SEE THAT THE SURGERY IS WORKING, I DO ALL THE THINGS THAT I AM TOLD TO DO, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO, SO DAYS ARE JUST VERY HARD DAYS
