Whats for lunch?
I would say try new things, but then you might end up like me and want to continue to explore things you aren't supposed to eat..lol I can eat just about anything as long as it is in moderation. I can always tell when I go overboard. Once you start going back to the old foods just make sure you will be able to say okay that's enough I don't "need" anymore, you will "want" more. Unfortunately I am at the point of making myself sick everynow and then trying to eat more than what I am supposed to. Just make sure you have a lot of will power, which obviously most of us didn't have to begin with. Good luck with whatever you decide. Your body will let you know if what you eat is a big no no. Oh and try some south beach diet stuff, it taste GREAT! I love the cranberry nut bar.
