Fran, I have found that when I eat more - initially the scales move, then after a couple of weeks I eat less - the scales move more again. I think the trick is to keep changing it up so your body doesn't get in a rut. At least that's what works for me. I worry that I eat too much though. I had about 2-3 oz of left over steak and a full cup of steamed broccoli along with a couple pieces of left over grilled vegetables. Maybe because there is a lot of water in the fresh vegetables. It looks like we are all about the same place for the most part. Keep up the great job! Candy 266/168/1?? -98

Candy, I totally agree with what you are saying. There are days that I find that I am eating too much but I find the scale continues to move. But I guess our bodies knows best. Keep up the good work. Fran 12/16/04 283/185/160

Nothing for me.... I have caught the dreaded cold and can't tolerate anything except warm tea. Laura -118

Laura, I hope you feel better. I have started taking Zinc 50mg every day and I haven't caught a cold since I had my surgery. My nutritionist thinks it is a great idea. You should purchase a bottle at GNC and try it. Fran
