Well for me this week kind of came out even. I actually gained 1.5 lbs with that time of the month but as of this morning I have lost it and am back at where I was this last week. So I"m still at 147.5 lbs and hopefully moving downward soon. Take care, Loni 237/147.5/115 32.5 lbs. to goal
