Sorry, I was offline all weekend, enjoying the great weather. Saturday's menu was:
B - 8 oz Vanilla Berry Protein Drink with 1 % milk
S - 1 small banana
L - 2 oz cheddar cheese with about six wheat thin crackers
D - 6 oz liver with two tablespoons green peas
80 oz water
..............exercise was swimming and playing football in the pool with my grandkids.

yesterday I had:
8 oz protein drink
1/2 sandwich -tablespoon of chicken salad and 1/2 avacado
cup of spinach, topped with homemade chicken salad and boiled egg
snack - Sugar free popcicle
Water about 48oz
Exercised - one and a half hours
took - multivitamin, folic acid, calcium b-12
