This is on the Cali board and thought I could bring it here even know I changed the name a little...their could be a copyright Please list amount size or quantity... Breakfast 8oz protien shake made with water snack Med, Apple with PB Lunch REG in n out burger, protien style with cheese no spread (4 fries) could not resist! snack none Dinner philly swirl sf popcicle Snack none Exercise raging waters 4 hours Vites all done Water 70 oz so far WL 140 lbs

Sorry, I was offline all weekend, enjoying the great weather. Saturday's menu was: B - 8 oz Vanilla Berry Protein Drink with 1 % milk S - 1 small banana L - 2 oz cheddar cheese with about six wheat thin crackers D - 6 oz liver with two tablespoons green peas 80 oz water ..............exercise was swimming and playing football in the pool with my grandkids. yesterday I had: 8 oz protein drink 1/2 sandwich -tablespoon of chicken salad and 1/2 avacado cup of spinach, topped with homemade chicken salad and boiled egg snack - Sugar free popcicle Water about 48oz Exercised - one and a half hours took - multivitamin, folic acid, calcium b-12 ************** Todays menu starts off with Oatmeal. I've lost 84 pounds so far.
