Karen since day one I have just been doing what the doctor
told me to do. I drink my water and get my protein in.
Not one day has past that I haven't done this. I also
watch my carbs. I get up and drink a protein shake.
I have a snack on 9:30, lunch at 12:30. I have another
snack at 4:00 and dinner around 6:30. I feel like
all I do is drink drink drink. If I go anywhere I pack a
cooler with my water bottles.
