Hiked

Yesterday (07/16/05) John L, Jeremy, Stacie and I went to Boyden Cavern. It was a straight up steep hike. I can not remember when I was about to even take a hike. The tour was about 45 mins. long. You had to duck and true side ways in some places... There were places where use to I would said, just go on without me. But I just trued and looked at John L and said I did it... What a great feeling. I sure did miss out of thing a lot on things. The old me is coming back. It makes me so happy at 70 pounds lighter... Loving Life Again Brenda 340/172
