9, 8, 7, 6, 5 . . . .
Ok gang, I'm counting down! I have about 9 pounds to go one day, and 7 the next.
Any recommendations on how to loose these last few pounds so I can FINALLY get to 100# mark? I think 2 weeks, or my 7th month anniversary on 7/20, will be my goal for my 100!
Any suggestions... working out is a problem, because I am in physical theraphy for accute lower back problems, due to the rapid weight loss!
I'm all good though, as you can see from my pic!

You are looking great girl. I really don't have any suggestions for you, I'm sorry. Just wanted to touch bases with you and see how you are doing.
Also I wanted to ask you a question. Is your back getting worse with your weight loss? I've noticed that mine is and I just can't figure it out as to why it's doing this. I would think that with us taking this weight off of our bodies that it would make it easier for our bodies.

I Think it is because it is due to the rapid change in our body weight...Our bodies just need time to catch up...My back hurts also and my knees and not to mention all the loose hanging skin...ugg. When our weight shifts to fast its like when you pour 8oz of milk into a 4oz glass of course it will spill over...right. Well in our case it is because we are taking off more baggage of fat than our bodies are used to. Does that make since? Thought I would just try and put my two since in. Hope ya don't mind.

Vera, This is my best reccomendation for you. If you do this along with eating just liquids for a few days you should drop those pounds.......Pray Baby!!,,you know god will make it happen if it is supposed to right? There , now you dont have to worry about it anymore. I am so proud of you and you look so great...Keep the fauth girl,,it got you this far..I will pray for the next few days really hard just for you to lose those pounds and I think we can do it if it was meant to be..God bless, and you and I need to post more ok?..talk to you later ....
Vera ...Girl, I think you are doing awesome. Try drinking up to 3 protien shakes a day includin your full 64 or more ounces of h20 and your lite dinner consisting of protien and vegies only for 5 days and for sure You will shed those extra but very few pounds in no time at all.
