Protein Helper

Hi Everyone, I don't know if any of you do this, but thought I would share and easy way to carry your powder protein and remember to take it! I bought a BABY powder formula holder. It holds 3 servings of the Nectar Protein powder (or 3 bottles of formula.. lol) I love it! Costs $2.49 at Baby's R Us. Whenever I go out I carry the container with me. All I have to do is dump one serving into a glass and I have my protein drink. When I have mixed and drunk all three sections of the keeper, then I know I have gotten my protein in for the day. Thanks Kathy. I purchased some nalgene bottles in two sizes after surgery and use these daily, at home and at work so I know that I am getting in my water and protein powders. Planning ahead helps so much. Simple little things that help me, all of us be successful. You are doing so well. Love the new picture Shrinking Kathy! Kathy,,what kind of nectar protein are you all drinking? I need something to mix with cold water at work and something that is not all clumpy after you put it in water.
