Ok Everyone, Let's stop this insanity. We all need to remember that we had this surgery for a reason and look just where we all started from and believe in ourselves because we have all done a fantastic job. Yes we have all fallen off the wagon and had something here and there that we probably shouldn't have and you know what, that's ok, let's not be so hard on ourselves, it's life. What we do need to remember is that we have a goal for ourselves and that's why we had this surgery in the first place and be willing to work as hard after the surgery as we did trying to get approved for the surgery. Life is going to throw us curves and we need to learn how to duck and deal with the things that are going on without food, which is probably one of the hardest things we will ever have to do, because let's face it that's what we've always done, but look where that got us. Take a good look at yourselves in the mirror and see just how much you have changed and be proud of yourself, we all are proud of you. Remember that we are all here for each other when we need it. Take care, Loni "FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION"

I DITTO that I'm getting closer the 199 mark myself. I'm down to 202lbs. The pounds are melting off me since I started working another job and it's only been a week. Donna

I love the last few works "FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION". But now it is our turn to remember that the surgery is just the tool we needed to help us on our way to a healther life... Brenda
