Hey December Crew,
We all seem to be falling into old habits - maybe if we do this daily with each other it will give us a little accountability. Let's get back up and .
B: 16 oz of chocolate carb countdown with a scoop of chocolate unjury.
L: Thai curry shrimp - I ate all the shrimp and some of the vegetables.
s: Power crunch bar (to curb the peanut m&m craving I'm having!)
D: 4 oz of rotisorie chicken and some grapes
So far 70 oz of liquid.

Your doing great - just remember that your body can only process about 30 gms of protein at a time - and you have to wait about four hours before your body will process additional protein. At least this is what my doc has told me. I love Chili! You've done so well with your weight loss Tammy - and your going to lose more!
