Hello Ron This is Heather from Ohio I hope to have a face soon so u can see me!! I am happy to say that I have lost my 100 Pounds!!!!!!!!!!! I hAVE 20 MORE TO GO ! I am at 157 from 257 on December 30th of 04!!! I feal so blessed and I hope that we are all in good health! It is killing me what are the popcicles? I love popcicles! I would post more but I haven't had a day off in over a month the Post Offico is trying to kill me or make me rich! I am so tired! Well have a great day! And a great week! Heather Sizemore

That's wonderful news on your 100 pounds gone I can relate to being over worked. I'm working two jobs myself now and finding it very hard on my legs and knee but I'm trying to get my bills paid up to date and some money into my savings account. Donna 338/204 -134

Hi Ron, I have been so so so bad about posting!!! I have made a promise to myself that I need to start posting from now on. I also need to get a picture up on my profile page for all to see, since I've lost 75 pounds since my surgery 12/21/04!!! I feel like such a different person and ofcourse look like such a different person. I am going to plan a cruise for all bypass patients who want to go. I am a Home Based Travel Agent and always get great deals coming along. I think it will soon be time to celebrate and what a great way to celebrate with all our friends, old and new! I want to plan a group to either go to Alaska (my first choice) or the Caribbean. Anyway, like I promised I am going to my profile now to do some posting and update to my latest picture.
