Freedom this 4th!!!

Hi December Crew!! It's hard to believe we are nearing our 7th month! It has been the greatest 7 months ever.I started off at 348 pounds,and 7 months later I'm at 236. (that's 112# gone) Any one else feeling real freedom this July? Free from medication,free from exhaustion,free from going to the "plus size" specialty shops,free from fear of thinking will I fit in that chair? Free from wondering if everyone is staring when I walk in the room.I could go on and on.We are so blessed to be in a great country of freedom,but lets celebrate ALL of the new freedoms we have been given the past 7 months!! Good morning Melinda, I still have to free myself from the plus size section at the store. I keep going into that area and having to remind myself I'm NOT this big anymore. I'm able to walk without getting out of breath. I'm able to mowe my lawn this year and I'm able to move on in life with a new job starting Tuesday. HOW SWEET I feel FREE!! Great post there woman. Yes I feel free and it is so wonderful. I can't believe that 92 lbs ago I was barely existing and now I am so enjoying life. At age 57 life is so very goo and being 239 lbs makes it all the better. We who chose this journey are fortunate indeed, just as we are so fortunate that we are Americans and we are truly free.
