Anyone using Power 90 video's??

Hey All, Someone was telling me about the Power 90 videos a couple of months ago and I can't remember who it was but I was just wondering which ones are good and worth buying? Please if you know anything about these let me know. Take care, Loni

Hi Loni, I am using them and I like them alot i have the 1st series which is the beginner's i love it because it's over before you get sick of doing it . plus the strength portion really works out you muscles. dee
