7 months out on the 10th of July!

Help! I need a plastic surgon... My insurance company is giving me the run around. I was told the only way they'd cover it was if I had open soars. Im 18 years old, I went from 267 to 146 in 6 1/2 months...but my chest and my thighs need some serious help. My skin doesn't sag to the ground but it is a discomfort. Does anyone have any advice?
