My WOW Moment....

Although I am not losing pounds very fast, I seem to be losing inches. Today, my pants were literally falling off me. I was wearing a size 22 pair of khakis and holding them up with a ladies XL belt. I was in the last notch on this belt and the outfit made me uncomfortable. So I went shopping on my morning coffee break. Got a great pair of black cotton denim pants for only $19.99.....but wait....here's the best part.......they are size 14 !!!!!!!!!! Haven't been size 14 in 20 years. Karen G Size 28 to Size 14. That's great Karen! How exciting! Isn't it weird when sometimes you look in a mirror and can't believe its YOU! I love that. This is an amazing journey. I am so glad I am on the road! I have lost 112 and have gone from a size 34 to an 18/20. I can't wait to be where you are! Terri

Good news Karen. Happy for you and your great success. I am stalled at -92 lbs, for at least a month now, but I am melting inches too. I have on size 18 clothes today. Can't believe it and I am loving it. Keep up the good work, melt away. Monica
