WHAT'S UP DECEMBER CREW!
Hi Vera,
I am having the best summer I have had in many years. Thanks to the surgery and the weight I have lost I am not suffering with asthma. I take 1 pill a day for asthma and 1/2 a pill for diabetes. I use 1 inhaler twice day to maintain my asthma but I have not had to use a rescue inhaler for months. I hit the 100 lb mark and you arent far behind me. We have so much to be thankful for. I feel so blessed to have been doing so well.
God Bless

I'm able to get out and enjoy my yard this year and in fact I took away mowing the lawn from my 16 year old son which I don't think he minds
I'm able to go for longgggggg walks without the heat driving me back into the house like a Polar Bear out of his ice water.
I think we are all starting to enjoy life once again.
I'm still looking for a new job and there are days I want to throw in the towel and walk away but I keep telling myself I can do it. I'll find something I like.
I have even thought of going back to school but I think I'm to old Do any of you feel that way? I'm 45 years old and I feel like I might have lost what I learned.
Must run as I have 101 things on my Honey do list today as it's my day off.

Hosting my family reunion this weekend. Guests start to arrive tomorrow. (Thursday June 30th) Should be lots of fun.
I am just starting two weeks holidays. After the reunion, I will be heading down to Rochester, NY for my 6 month check-up. I am down 80 pounds. Was hoping for more, but I am still satisfied with the improvement in my health that has come from the 80 pounds.
Really looking forward to this holiday, as I can do so much more than before.
