Come on guys and gals..weigh in and add you total loss to our success. I posted a few days ago..look at it and post your numbers. We should be close to the 5,000lb mark pretty quick,,YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!

I had my surgery on 12/6/04 - start weight: 238 - weight this am - 139 I am 5'7". Wish to lose 9 more pounds. That is a total of: 571

Hi Ron; I went back and got the weights off the other post and added all the ones on this post and we are at 2015.5 + my loss 88lbs. = 2139.5. So praise God we are well on the way to 5000 Now if all of our long lost crew that have not been posting would get on board I'm sure we would be getting very close. Your Loser Friend, Jim
