First Plateau
Well I am on my first plateau. I know its normal but it brings me down. I havent lost any in about 3 or 4 weeks I really don't know because I don't weigh myself that often only at docs and wls center. I have been trying to cut down on carbs (IM ADDICTED) Its not nearly like before but I need to cut down. I have been trying to up my protien, drinking more milk, eating eggs and cheese my new thing is egg/cheese/and tomato minus skin. I stay away from skins and roughage. Do you think i can eat veggies now? How many of you do? I can't handle ground beef still makes me kinda sick and if I eat chicken its gotta be slow cooked. So I'm getting there I would say I get in 50grams of protien but I am trying to get in 60-70....Ever since that kidney stone i have been stalling I think but I am still down 100lbs which is good I know I am just have a fear that I won't get over this hump I want to be 250 by December and 200 by next June I hope I can do it....I guess I am just looking for some encourgemnt and any suggestions are welcome...I am working on upping protien/fluids which is getting better within the last week Ive really upped it...Thanks for you support guys!!!!!!!!

You are doing great!! 100 pounds off is fantastic! I've hit a plateau too and I'm working on upping my protein, walking and water to see if that will get it moving again.
I eat cooked green veggies all the time. I also eat salad now too. I try to get a pretty good variety of food so I don't want the carbs so much.
Keep doing what you are doing!
