Sunday Weigh-In and Prayer request

Good morning Gang, Well it's that time again family. Time to hopefully have the scale gods to smile on you as we gently step on them and hope they say you've lost a pound or 2. Well they have smiled on me today, 2 whole lbs. 328/244/1?? That's 84 lbs all total. Also I went to Sears this week and bought my first new pants since losing weight. first time I have been able to buy a pair of pants off the rack without having to have them altered. and the best part was they were size 40 instead of the 48's I wore to the hospital the day of surgery. I also now wear a large shirt instead of the 3xl's. So all in all I have had a good week and hope everyone else has also. The only bad thing this week was having to put my wife in the hospital with a blood clot in her lung and they are trying to desolve it now so please pray for her. Your Loser Friend, Jim

James, Many good thoughts and prayers coming your wifes way... Please let us know how she is coming along.... And congrats on your continued weight loss. As for me this week... I should go on vacation more often... Last week I was at 195... This week I am at 189... So that is 6 lbs for the week. Biggest 1 week loss I have had in months... Total of 96 lbs lost now. Jim, I'll say a prayer for your wife. Please let us know how she's doing. Another four pounds lost this week. I was a slow loser but it's certainly picked up. I'm leaving Friday to go on vacation.
