Fianlly losing again!

Wow! after not losing for three weeks, the scales have moved. I was stuck at 194 and standing today I am at 191 hope it continues. I have really been freaked out by the stand still but with all your help here, I realized that this sometimes happens and you were right!! Thanks for all your support. Tammy 275/191/140
