The scales moved

I weighed myself this morning... I have surgery on 12/13/04 and the scales have moved this moring. Now I am 232/174/140... Lost 4 pounds... I am so happy Just FYI Brenda

That is great for you!! I have been stuck for quite some time. What are you doing different? I have to make these scales move or I will move them out the window. I had surgery on 12/28/04 and weighed 275 now I weigh 190 and I am stuck!!!! That is only 85 pounds everyone here is doing better than me and I am sooooooo depressed. HELP ME
