Help.I need food ideas

I'm the same way right now. I'm having a terrible time with meats for some reason, so I've been doing alot of salads. My favorite it a chef's salad, I can deal with the really thin sliced deli meats pretty easy. I'm doing 2 shakes a day to get the majority of my protein in. I have also been able to eat eggs finally, so I do that sometimes for breakfast, I can only do one egg. Hope this helps, I know it's not that much but's about all I've been able to do lately. Isn't it funny how we can get a touchy pouch very easily and you just never know when it's going to happen.
