A funny thing happened on the way to....

A funny thing happened on the way to the doctor's the other day. I realized how much I need you guys, i.e., your support, encouragement, advice, love and continued friendship, throughout the years! I thought about my December Crew, and how I would tell them that I am now -84 pounds! True, everyone has lost weight, but for me, being -84 pounds lighter is a blessing. IF I DON'T LOOSE ANOTHER POUND, I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL TO GOD FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE IN MY LIFE, HEALTH WISE. So, to Fran, James, Donna, Kittcat Mom, I read your post 'WHERE IS VERA', and cried and laughed at the same time. It is good to know that you are loved, and missed, and that your words mean something on this electronic medium. I want to thank all of you, especially my sweetheart Ron, I am fine, and thank you so very much for all the letters, e-mails, pics and 'check-in' on me. I am going into my 2 year PhD, and it is difficult. Also, I had to come away from sitting in front of the computer, so much, and start getting out EXERCISING, more. I love you guys, but what good is loosing weight, if I am behind the PC all day... (which is the time it takes to post, and respond to the e-mails I get, and updating my profile, and everything else I got going online, i.e., Ebay, 2 Yahoo groups, etc.)... so much to do! So, a funny thing happened on the way to the doctors... I realized how much I need you guys. I thought about you guys, and the 'beating' I would get, if I didn't get back... report in, and show some love and give 'high 5' to all the weight that has been coming off everyone! :laugh: I missed you, and love each of you very much. Hi Vera, I am so glad you are back girlfriend! I really missed you! We all did! You were always here in spirit, though. Let's try to post at least 1x a week. Pick a day and let me know. You know you are very special and you have touched our lives! I know I am just as guilty as you for not posting because, it is true, regular life gets in the way, but as long as we all have eachother on this site, we are blessed! I love all of you for your honest open posts and I wouldn't have gotten through so many things without your advice and support! It is true that some post more often than others; but as long as each of us is a part of helping someone else get through that tough time, or wonderful time or just plain old silly time, we will get through this journey and I do believe we are making some really good friends along the way! Vera,,Yes you are missed by us all. You have been an inspiration to me since the beginning when I first posted here. Even though we dont get a chance to talk alot because of other things in life ,,I know you are ther if I need you..and the same goes for you to me. This group of people is so tight that it gives me so much happiness when I see us all doing so well..May God continue to bless us all, and especially my new good freing Vera.....now call me tommorow at my work I will send you the number.ok? good night..
